• Advertising identifier and install attribution. Because the App uses AppsFlyer for install attribution, the App collects your device's Google Advertising ID along with attribution details — where the install came from (for example, organic or a specific ad), the marketing campaign name, and the install referrer. This helps us understand which channels bring new players to Joker Slots Fun. AppsFlyer may also collect standard device details (IP address, device model, operating system) as part of its normal operation. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization any time under Android Settings → Google → Ads.

The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, calendar, health data, or microphone audio. It does not send push notifications.

Locally Stored Preferences

Support and Bug Reports

The Support page inside the App includes a contact form. It's entirely optional — you only share anything if you choose to send us a message. If you do, you may provide:

• Your name and email address (so we can reply).
• A description of your question, feedback, or the issue you ran into.
• An optional attachment — you can take a new photo or video using your device's camera app, or pick an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker.

The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app, which manages its own permissions. We use whatever you send us only to respond to your request and fix the reported problem.

Network Connections

Most of the App's network traffic uses secure HTTPS connections. Some legacy endpoints may fall back to unencrypted HTTP. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information through the App — though as noted above, the App never asks for any.

Data Retention

The anonymous identifier and local preferences stay on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Cookies and local storage created by sites loaded in the built-in browser follow their own expiration rules and can be cleared by clearing the App's data. Advertising ID data, attribution data, and any information collected by AppsFlyer is retained under AppsFlyer's own retention policy. Support messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Third Parties and Sharing

We don't sell your data. The only third party that receives information from the App is AppsFlyer, which we use for install attribution and marketing analytics. Your Google Advertising ID, attribution data, and the App's anonymous identifier are shared with AppsFlyer so we can understand how players discover Joker Slots Fun.

Security, Children, and Policy Changes

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information the App handles. Network requests are made over HTTPS wherever possible, and the App is designed to avoid collecting personal information in the first place — which is the best security measure of all.
