• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the App and any content you access through it. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users' enjoyment
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems
• Use any automated means, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Exploit any bugs, glitches, or design flaws to gain an unfair advantage
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code — are the exclusive property of Joker Slots Fun or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

Joker Slots Fun may include virtual currency, credits, coins, tokens, or other virtual items ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services
• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property at all times
• We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove Virtual Items at our sole discretion, with or without notice
• Any "winnings" or accumulation of Virtual Items within the App does not represent or guarantee any real-world prize or reward
• The App is intended for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute real-money gambling
• You shall not attempt to sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Items outside the App

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (e.g., Google Play) and are subject to that platform's payment terms and refund policies. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Joker Slots Fun, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joker Slots Fun and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Joker Slots Fun operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joker Slots Fun regarding your use of the App.
